Optimize the commercial value of the Football Association's sponsorship, event, grassroots, technical, licensing and media rights.

Outcome

Developed the FA's first integrated commercial program - "Football Associates".

Operating on a four-year cycle the commercial program initially delivered $100m USD (280% increase in revenue).

Wembley National Stadium redevelop costs underpinned by the FA commercial program.

The DNA for this commercial and event architecture still underpins all of the FA's activities today and now generates circa $350m USD per annum.
